空调通风节能用热管的翅片结构探讨
摘 要:介绍了设置热管热回收装置对空调通风系统节能具有重要的现实意义。分析了实际应用工况下的圆翅片热管的传热模型,以单位温差、单位换热量下的热管翅片体积最小为目标函数,建立了热管翅片高度、间距、厚度等结构参数的函数关系式。采用遗传算法进行了优化,指出了该方法用于热管翅片结构的分析具有高效、简捷的特点。

Abstract:Practical significance ofhem pipe used as heat recovery equipment in air conditioning and ventilation system iS in~oduced.The heat transfer model ofthe uniform annular f.m heat pipe is analyzed at practical application conditions.
Functions about fin structure parameters,such as height,spacing and thickness are established when volume of fin is the smallest under unit temperature diference an d unit quantity ofheat.Fin structure ofheat pipe is optimized by genetic algorithm .The calculation results shows mat the method of genetic algorithm is efective. Efi cient and convenient features ofthemethodforthe analysis offin structure ofheatpipearepointed out.
