大型热虹吸管近室温条件下传热性能的实验研究
摘要:热管作为一种高效的传热元件,在许多领域得到了广泛的应用。本文对近室温条件下大型热虹吸管的传热特性进行实验研究,用实验结果分析热虹吸管轴向壁温分布以及充液率、倾角、管长和迎面风速对其传热性能的影响,得到了最佳充液率和倾角。

Abstract: As a high efficiency unit of heat transfer, heat pipe is widely applied in many fields. The heat transfer characteristics of the large thermosyphon are studied experimentally in this paper under the near room-temperature. The trend in axial differences in temperature is shown in the paper. Through analyzing the experiment data the article discusses the effects of filling rate,obliquity, length and head-on speed of wind on heat transfer characteristics of the heat pipe. In this condition the optimum filling rate and obliquity are found.
