Background
The rectifier bridge heatsink in the new power module is very small, its dimensions are 29mmX29mmX40mm(H), but the power loss of the rectifier bridge is comparatively high,
up to 36.0W. Consequently, the heat flux is up to 4.3W/cm2. The configuration of the new power module and the location of this heatsink are as follows:
