- The casings on the exhaust and the water side are made of carbon steel. The inner surface of the casing on the water side is plated with a tin-silver alloy.
- The heat pipes are soldered in the carbon steel separation plate. The tin-silver soldering material withstand 220 oC. Soldering material is in permanent contact with water.
- The separation plate on the water side is plated with a tin-silver alloy.
- The connection pieces on the water side are made by AISI 316 stainless steel.
- Double flanges on the exhaust side and on the water side to ease the installation.
