     热管锅炉在烟气制酸装置转化系统的应用 

     In order to save energy and reduce environmental pollution, Guixi Smelter made use of the heat pipe boiler to cool gas in the conversion system instead of existing SO3 cooler and cooling fan. This technique could recover waste heat at medium and low temperature and produce low-pressure saturated steam to reduce load of low-pressure boiler. It has produced 78 519 t steam at 1. 27 MPa in 8 months and saved 10 128 t standard coal. 
     为了节约能源及减轻环境污染,贵溪冶炼厂应用热管锅炉技术冷却转化系统烟气,取代原有SO3冷却器及冷却风机,回收中温及低温废热,产出低压饱和蒸汽,运行8个月累计产1.27 MPa蒸汽785 19 t,节约标煤10 128 t,经济效益显著。 

     The heat pipe boiler produces 1. 0 t/h saturated steam at 0. 8 MPa and have been operating for two years without breakdown of leakage through strictly controlling pressure of saturated steam, SO3 content of roaster gas and moisture content of raw material. 
     通过严格控制饱和蒸汽压力、炉气的三氧化硫含量及入炉原料的水分含量,热管锅炉连续运行两年未发生泄漏。 

     In the design of this system,in addition to the use of the new-type high-efficiency cyclone dust collector and the combined heat pipe boiler recoverer,the advanced technical equipment,which has emerged in gasification technology in China in recent years is fully assimilated.

         Studying on the cavitation problems of heat pipe boiler-feed system, the paper points out the possibility of the critical cavitation bubbles in the boiling liquid. A sigma expression is deduced to predict the inception and growth of cavitation in the subcooled boiling. An analysis shows that it is very important to select a reasonable working temperature for heat pipe in designing a gas-liquid heat pipe exchanger from the view point of cavitation damage when the pressure of liquid is assigned. 
            本文研究了热管锅炉给水系统中的空化现象。研究结果表明,在沸腾的流体中,有可能出现临界空泡。文中导出了能预估过冷沸腾条件下空泡的发生和成长的Sigma表达式。分析结果表明,从空蚀的观点出发,在流体的工作压力被指定后,合理地选取气-液型热管式换热器的工作温度是很重要的。
