〈使用注意事项〉
○GL模块的Th角度为100℃,其他的模块,Th角度不要超过80℃。
○掉在地上或者机器的冲击,会对GL模块造成破损,操作时要十分小心。
○如果与模块相接触的热交换器的平面度不好,则不能发挥其性能。
请将平面精度大致加工在0.02mm以内。
○请在与模块接触的热交换器面上涂敷热传导硅油。
○尽量不使用最大电压和最大电流。
推荐使用70%左右的最大电压和最大电流。
